Requirements

  • Active RN license in the practicing state.
  • Experience in progressive care, step-down, or critical care preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor patient conditions and vital signs closely.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
  • Respond to changes in patient status and escalate care when necessary.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
  • Document patient care accurately and collaborate with the healthcare team.
