HPNA Rocky Mountain Chapter

HPNA Rocky Mountain Chapter

The Rocky Mountain HPNA Chapter was founded in 2019. The initial goal was to establish a local networking group of multidisciplinary HPNA members. We are currently striving to become a chartered chapter by September 2020. We would like to extend an invitation to nurses, practitioners, medical providers, social workers, chaplains and nursing students who are working in the field of palliative and/or hospice care or who have an interest in this field to join our growing group. With the incredible expertise and experience of our members, the Rocky Mountain HPNA group will produce measurable success and will advance palliative and hospice medicine in this region.
